About the event

A gentle group space to rest, reset, and reconnect

Price: Β£20pp

Join a welcoming space for guided meditation and sound bath at Santosha Yoga Studio, central Chippenham. These sessions are open to all β€” no experience necessary. We use soft sound, stillness, and intention to support nervous system regulation and energetic realignment. These sessions are held by Dawn Harding who is an integrative psycho-spiritual counsellor who weaves shamanic practices into her practice; is a Rahanni energy healing practitioner and is an IPHM-Accredited sound healer.

  • πŸŒ™ Gentle relaxation/breathwork to calm the body and mind and begin to reset the nervous system

  • πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Guided meditation to connect with our inner wisdom for guidance and insight

  • 🎡 Sound bath with singing bowls, drum, chimes, gong and more to enable a deep cellular massage to encourage energetic blockages to soften and any built up tension (physical or emotional) to be released

  • πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Relaxation and gentle integration time with refreshments

Come as you are - leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected.

All mats, pillows, blankets & eye pillows are provided but do feel free to bring anything of your own for added comfort as its important to feel as comfortable as possible. While refreshments are provided, do please bring a bottle of water and you may also like to bring a journal for any reflections to make a note of.

Please book direct through the Events page of Santosha Yoga Studio, Chippenham

Please note: Sound baths are deeply relaxing and restorative, but for safety, they are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy, for those with uncontrolled epilepsy, certain heart conditions, bone fractures, or a pacemaker. These precautions help ensure that the vibrations and immersive sounds can be enjoyed safely. Please check with me before booking if you have any of these considerations.
