Sound & Sauna Experience

I am delighted to have been asked to return, by Black Swan Sauna, Holt to host a 2nd collaborative event with them in September. Having listened to the feedback from our beautiful Summer Solstice collaboration we will be providing an extended sound bath as part of this upcoming event as we know now that this was an aspect that participants found particularly relaxing.

So, you get to choose from either of the 2 x 2.5 hour sessions available (3pm or 5pm), both designed to help you step out of the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. BOOK HERE via Black Swan Sauna.

This 2hr 30mins experience blends the physical benefits of sauna and cold water therapy, where you'll enjoy 55 minutes of Sauna infused with aromatherapy. Begin to unwind and become receptive to a deeply restorative sound bath grounded on the grass, including a guided meditation, creating space for both body and mind to unwind.

Spaces are limited to just 6 people per session to keep the experience intimate and spacious. These special events tend to fill quickly. If this is calling to you, we recommend booking early to avoid missing out.
