This counselling offers a supportive space to explore your inner world and how it affects your outer life. This could include looking at how your past is impacting your present, re-discovering who you really are beneath the many life experiences and conditions imposed on you, or understanding how your current thoughts influence your feelings and behaviours. You’ll be met with warmth, respect, and deep listening.
My approach links the mind and body, as the body often holds memories and experiences beyond the conscious mind. By tuning into your body’s signals, we can gain insight, foster growth, and promote healing.
These sessions help you connect with your emotions, notice patterns in thoughts and behaviours, and begin to release tension. In a safe, trauma-informed space, you can gain clarity, develop coping strategies, and strengthen your resilience—supporting a deeper sense of calm, self-understanding, and authenticity in daily life.
What might be included:
Somatic awareness (tuning into bodily sensations and nervous system responses) to gain insight and increase self-awareness
Guided meditation or imagery to connect with our own inner wisdom
Breath and mindfulness practices to soothe and centre
Gentle reflection to build emotional resilience and clarity
